Location, humble staff,

No restaurant.

Didn't like anything very bad rooms and service. We paid for 3 days but we stayed only for 1day expecting refund

My room was already given to someone else as those guests arrived early. I was given another hotel i'm ok with that. But if the checkin timing is 11 then why was the room given to other guest at 10 and even someones elses room as well.

Location was good, just beside my work place

No food, no breakfast in that cost, staff is very slow for service. No room service or cleaning is not on time.

Room was clean. Service was good. Smooth check in. Staff was friendly

Breakfast time is not mentioned and they after 8.30 you take the coupon and go to breakfast shop

I tried to contact this property before my check in. Attempted both call and chat. OYO send me the message that i should pay to confirm my booking. I asked is it ok that i am a foreigner. Because i cant make digital payment. So no reply from property. But customer support confirmed that my stay is confirmed. So the day i arrived to property Adminiatrator rejected my check in because i am a foreigner!!! And he said that he didn't see my messages. I had to book another stay

Don’t use OYO if you are not an Indian national

The staff refused our booking when we arrived as one guest was a foreigner. We had specifically checked if the was ok beforehand and given verbal assurance. The manager was not available by phone each time we called.

Spacious rooms and good environment. The staff was polite and friendly.

Personal is very kind and they helped me with finding some other hotel.

They refused me because i am foreigner! They accomodate only people from India!!

The hotel has a quick and easy booking process; I had my invoice and room details in a matter of minutes.

Location is ok

Cleanliness. Bedsheets towel not as expected, marks, hairs visible. Proper laundry clean stain free bedsheets recommended. Staff changed it, yet stains, hairs found on bedsheets.

Nice location. Close to main road and metro station. Market is also half km away.
